There is an ugliness in humanity that many of us have overlooked, ignored or denied for far too long.
The fact is that modern day slavery is happening globally but it’s also happening right under our noses here in America. And just because it’s scary to think about doesn’t make it go away.
In fact, those twisted human beings who contribute to this disgusting way of life are counting on us looking the other way.
In July a movie titled ‘Sound of Freedom’ was released which shines a spotlight on the trafficking of children and the response at the box office was and has been record breaking.
Today on SBD, we discuss our reaction to the movie and our thoughts about this awful, sickening activity and what we can do about it.
