Andrew is known for his hypermobile ripped physique but he’s not ONLY brawny… he’s brainy! During the first and only shirtless podcast, Andrew shares his passion for fitness, health and quality movement. He’s an avid CrossFit athlete and keeps himself in tip-top shape all year round. And yes, he’s pretty much shirtless all of the time.
